BLOGMAS Day 8
Blogmas Day 8! It was a super good day! I woke up and got ready. I was just really feeling my outfit today haha. My shirt is from the website Shein. It's like a Chinese wholesale website, so everything is super cheap, but you never really know how good quality things will be. But this sweater is such good quality! And it was so cheap! Lovin it. And if we are going for the whole outfit of the day situation, my jeans are from Old Navy, my watch is from Target, the bar necklace came from Smith's Marketplace (I think?) and my booties are from Walmart. Pro Tip: Get your booties at Walmart because they are cheap but super cute haha.
And also, my fav teacher's birthday is on Sunday, but I made cookies for him and brought them to school with me today. Also, balloons because I am obsessed with balloons haha. He said it made his day, so that was happy!
And then I just went to my classes. The school day went by so quick today! And today we got the assignment to come up with our own final project for Sociology and I actually have an idea that I'm excited about! I think this is the first time in my four years of high school that I have been excited to do a project haha.
And then I came home and just started to work on my to-do list because I have so much to do this weekend! I submitted my BYU application, finished a scholarship application, and worked on homework. Yay for having final projects in like every class right now haha.
And then, later my friend Emily came over to watch movies with me! Funny story, people and teachers at school keep calling her Emma and me Emily. Don’t know why, but it’s happening and it’s really funny haha. We ended up watching a Hallmark movie, because duh! What else would you watch? And the one we watched was super cute! Love a good sappy Hallmark movie haha.
And then she went home, and I hung out an talked to my parents for a while.
Then I got ready for bed and just chilled for a while! Yay for getting to sleep in tomorrow!
Today I am thankful for: Conpliments. I know that sounds superficial, but I’m thankful for people who aren’t afraid to compliment other people! You never know if your kind words could really mean the world to someone!
The Light the World scripture today is Matthew 5:44 “But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you” Hope you have a fantastic day! See you tomorrow!
