BLOGMAS Day 24
Hi Blogmas! This is up a day late, because I was lazy and didn't want to type it up haha. But yesterday was CHRISTMAS EVE!!! I woke up and actually felt like crusty death haha. My eyes had gotten so swollen and my nose is so stuffy haha. Not a pretty sight. But Zac and Emily and Lily were coming at like 8:30, before church so we all got up early and got ready.
Mom made a really yummy french toast breakfast casserole. Then Zac and Emily came over and we ate breakfast and they opened their presents! That was really fun!
And then at 10:30 we went to church, which was only one hour because Christmas Eve, but I loved it! It was a lot of Christmas musical numbers and it was really nice to have it on a Sunday this year!
Then we came home and packed up our stuff and headed to Grandpa and Grandma's house! We have always gone to their house on Christmas Eve, it's one of my favorite traditions! I drove up with Zac and Emily and we got kind of lost haha, but we eventually made it!
We got there and had a big lunch! It was super yummy! And then we played Bingo!
Lots of tasty prizes! And then we had the annual talent show! And then we went downstairs and passed out all the presents! We got the cutest stuff! Anna and I got matching pajamas, and we got these disco lights haha. I'm honestly so excited, because now my one person dance parties will get even better haha. And we got mugs with our names on them, with little packages of mug cakes you can make! Lots of fun stuff!
And then everyone packed up to leave, but my parents and I stayed because we were going to skype Jon from their house in like an hour. So we just all talked, played the piano, and then set up skype!
We finally got it connected, and we got to see it on the big screen! We had Jon, Sydney, and Zac and Emily all on one big group with us! It was awesome! It was so fun to talk with everyone! An we will all be reunited in 3 days!!
And then we had to say goodbye, and then we packed up and left for home! It was snowing quite a bit up there! And when we got home we opened up our one Christmas Eve present! Mom and I got matching workout pants haha.
And then we decided to watch Miracle on 34th Street! It was so cute! And then we got ready for bed, and went to sleep!
The Light the World Scripture for yesterday was 3 Nephi 18:15 "Ye must watch and pray always."
