BLOGMAS Day 19
Today was BLOGMAS day 19! It was a real good day! I got to sleep in a little because early morning seminary was canceled! And then I “got ready” (put my hair in a five second bun and put on my senior shirt haha), and then went to school. I had physics first period, which was the only reason I actually went to school today haha. We just did review and watched brain games, so that was good. And I got my grade up, so I ended term 2 with straight A’s!! Half my Senior year is over people!! Crazy! But I finished the semester with all A’s, and I’m so happy!
Then in second period we went to a Christmas assembly where all the performing art groups performed! It was fun to watch! We have so many talented people at our school!
Then I went home haha. I came home and just hung out, played the piano and guitar for a while, and then I took like a three hour nap haha. My reward for making it to Christmas break haha. It was very much needed! Also, I had a dream that I reunited with my cute neighbor who has been at college in Hawaii since August! It was such a happy dream haha and she is home now, and we made plans to get lunch tomorrow, so I’m super excited about that!
And then Zac and Emily and Lily came over! Lily was sick which was sad! But we had dinner, played a game that Zac and Emily actually created, and then we started a movie. Lily slept in my arms for a little bit which was so cute!
And then they had to leave and my dad left to go play basketball, so my mom and I stayed and finished the movie, I colored in one of those cool coloring books that the Clark’s gave me, and my mom did a new puzzle that we actually just got today from the 12 days of Christmas! Thanks again!! The puzzle is adorable!
And that’s about it for the night! I get to sleep in tomorrow, yay!! I think we are also painting Jon’s room tomorrow, so that’s exciting!
Today I’m thankful for school, and breaks from school haha. I’m loving school this year, and I’ve learned a lot, but also, I’m glad we have breaks sometimes! Plus this break is the most exciting ever! Jon will be home in 9 days!! Wahoooooo!
The Light the World Scripture for today was: Matthew 5:12 “Rejoice and be exceedingly glad.” Hope you had a day as good as my nap haha, sleep good tonight! See you tomorrow!
Not posting to brag, just to remember that I survived some dang hard classes haha |
