BLOGMAS Day 1

You guys!! Blogmas is back and I am so excited! If you followed along last year (can you believe it's been a year already, like what!!), welcome back!! If you are new around here, yay! You get an insider scoop on the life of a teenage girl haha. Everything you've ever dreamed of, happening right here. Just kidding, I just love writing here because I get to look back on it. It's mostly a good way for me to be more appreciative during the Holidays, but a ton of people actually told me that they loved it last year and wanted me to keep going! Blogmas, in essence, is just me writing and posting pictures about my day, each day of December. If you think I'm bragging or I annoy you, you can leave haha. Because I'm not trying to brag about anything, and I'm all about positivity over here (: Okay let's get in to December 1st!!
Today was an A day which means Early Morning Seminary!! It starts at 6:15 in the morning! So today my alarm went off at 4:50. I know haha, why do I need an hour and 25 minutes to get ready? I don't haha. But I have a very real fear of being late to things, and so I always overestimate how long I need in the mornings, so I'm never late haha. I also actually love the mornings, and taking my time getting ready, and I always have time for breakfast. Call me crazy haha.
Fun fact, I always leave exactly at 6:07. I only live like 4 minutes from the school, and I get there at 6:11. It's a science really (; Also, you know I have 100.3 Christmas Jams blasting. Another fun fact, my music is either blasting, or not on haha. I like my music loud lol. I definitely sing crazy loud by myself when I'm driving in the mornings.

Today we got to Seminary and had to stand in the cold because the building was locked and our teachers weren't there haha. Eventually we got to go in though, and it was a good lesson. We were studying King Benjamin's proclamation on the tower. Seminary is fun, because my partner Jacob is hilarious lol.

Then we had the Christmas Jars Assembly from 7:45-10! Seriously crazy. We just raise money and they motivate us with entertainment when we hit certain milestones. Our goal was $4,000 and I'm pretty sure we made more than that! Crazy, like a bunch of teenagers just donated more than $4,000! So cool. Also, my teacher had to pierce his ears for a milestone haha. Made him look real pretty! It was a really good assembly!

Then we still had classes haha. I had physics, clothing, and TA. So not really that hard haha.(Really pushing myself can you tell haha) Plus all the classes were shortened, and I don't have a fourth period! So I got to go home at like 1:30. And I came home, and my mom had gotten me one of these chocolate Christmas calendars haha. We had these every year as kids! The chocolate tastes literally terrible, but it's tradition haha.

And now I just have to work on homework (but maybe not because I am a fantastic procrastinator haha). Friday nights at home haha. I lead a very exciting life as you can tell lol.

Today I am thankful for: My cute friends, embarrassing stories, and Christmas traditions! So happy it's December and the countdown to my brother coming home is officially on! 27 days! Also, the LDS church does the Light The World campaign during December and the scripture for today is Matthew 10:8 "Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give." I hope you found an opportunity to serve today! Thank you for reading if you even made it this far haha. You're the best. See you tomorrow. Peace out!
