Where have I been! I know, I have not been writing as much as I have wanted to. But lots has been going on! I started my own little business kind of thing haha. I figured, since I like to bake (like every single day) I should just start a business and make some money while doing what I love. Let me tell ya. Shoutout to anyone that owns a bakery because I didn't know what I was getting myself into. A lot of people have asked me if I'm making a lot of money. And to be quite frank I would have to say no haha. I am making money, don't get me wrong, but I just didn't really think a lot of things through before I started haha. But what I have learned is that this is really what I love to do. It's not about making money, it's not about taste testing. It's about the comments people give me telling me they love my treats. It's about the memories I make while making 32 loaves of bread. Because that is something I will never forget haha. This is so much more than a business/ way to make money. This is living and enjoying. I have also been taking a lot of pictures recently! Mostly Senior Pictures, because it is that time of year. And that is super fun! It has really pushed me out of my comfort zone, because you have to really get to know the person you are taking pictures of, and you need to make them feel comfortable. I also just invested into buying my very own DSLR camera! And I could not be happier! And another thing that I have found that I absolutely love is taking pictures of my treats! Seriously, it is so so so so much fun! I'm aware I sound like a grandma who doesn't ever get out of the house, but I don't care. I'm going to put some of my pictures from today's little treat adventure down below, so check that out. These peanut butter chocolate M&M truffles come from Sally's Baking Addiction blog. (She is seriously amazing, and has really inspired me to bake and improve my pictures and blog, so check her out!)
