The End of an Incredible Era

These last few weeks have been absolutely unreal. I am genuinely blown away that the time has passed by so quickly. I graduated High School. I have a High School diploma. I don't completely understand how it's all over now haha. And I'm not going to lie I have felt a little empty since I graduated. It's been a rough few weeks considering the fact that when you are graduating everyone is constantly asking you how excited you are, they never really ask you how you actually feel. And I feel pretty sad. You really don't realize how awesome it is to go into a high school everyday where your teachers are your friends and your classes are also filled with all the people you grew up with, and you know you have a place that you can count on going to everyday. It's weird when that's all taken away. And I honestly didn't get super emotional these past two weeks, even when I said my goodbyes, but the other day I just had a real meltdown haha. I'm not very good at change. And the past two weeks were some of the very best of my life. I just don't want things to change. I don't want friendships to end. I'm going to miss seeing my teachers everyday. I'm going to miss hanging out with my best friends literally every day haha. But instead of just crying to you right now haha, I want to share the past two weeks in pictures. Because these pictures are filled with some of the best people, experiences, and laughs.
My birthday was the beginning! I got to celebrate with some of my best friends! It was just a really happy day. People spoiled me beyond measure! And look how cute my friends are! This is where all the festivities began!

Next was Senior Dinner Dance. One of the best nights ever! Seriously the best dance of the whole year! We partied our hearts out, it was so fun! All of us girls just got to hang for a whole night! I wish I could relive it so many more times!

The next day was the Senior Awards Night! We got to walk across the stage and we were given awards for our scholarships and other things. Emily and I both got medals which was cool! It was just really cool to be recognized for all of our hard work in High School!

The next day was Lagoon Day, basically the best day ever! It was seriously so much fun! The girl gang was all together and we actually got to ride so many rides! So many funny things happened, it was hilarious! Another day I could relive forever haha!

The next week on Tuesday was Yearbook day, and I'm going to say it again, one of the best days ever haha. We went and got our teachers to sign our yearbooks, and then confessed our love in other people's yearbooks, and hung out with so many fun people! Then all of our friends went to Chick-Fil-A together which was amazing! And then we went back to my house to hang for a bit, and then we went to Heather's to watch High School Musical 3 and roast marshmallows. Tell me that's not the most perfect day haha. It was seriously so much fun!

MY FRIENDS ARE THE ACTUAL CUTEST PEOPLE ON THIS PLANET <3

The next week we went and got Froyo! So good! And then we visited cute Kenna at work! And then that night we all hung out and steamed our gowns and painted our nails together haha. Friendship <3
And then graduation day hit. And even while I was sitting there at graduation it didn't feel real. It's insane. It was kind of a crazy day, and some parts are hard to remember haha. But that was the day that starts the rest of our lives. And that's terrifying haha. It was a happy day though. I remember first walking to our seats and I was just smiling so big. I saw one of my fav teachers and I waved at him and I just remembered how awesome High School had been. Really can't believe that's it's already over.

These are some of the best people to walk the face of this earth. I would not have survived high school without any of them. These are the people who made high school easy and will make goodbye even harder. I've truly been blessed with the best and I have no idea how I deserve them.
And very last, but 100% not the least, was the All Night Grad Party. We convinced Izzy and Emily at the last minute to come and it was A BLAST. We were all so nervous we would be falling asleep, but we weren't even tired haha. We had our girl gang all together for one last moment. These are the times I will never forget. These girls have blessed my life more than I could ever imagine. They are the sweetest smartest kindest cutest girls ever.

And just like that, the past 3 years of high school have come to a close. And I'm still a little heartbroken, but I will always be able to look back on this and remember how happy these last few weeks of high school were. High School is completely what you make it. The first two years I didn't try to make it very good and I hated school. But my Senior Year I decided the very first day that I would enjoy every moment, and this year was entirely different. I had the time on my life. ENJOY every moment. Live in the moment. You will miss it when it's over. I guess I have to say goodbye to High School for now. Onto a new path. Wish me luck.
